Q: Why do you need my email address?
A: Well, a few reasons.

It’s how we know it’s you when you come to Recyclebank, so we can keep track of your points and rewards. We’ll send you what you need to know about Recyclebank and your account – confirmation when you earn points or order rewards, special reward offers we want to send your way, our newsletter, or if you’ve opted-in to get emails from our partners, we’ll send those your way too.

The most important thing to remember is that it’s your account, so you can adjust your messaging preferences or unsubscribe from some emails in the settings section of the My Account page.
Q: I think I’m already signed up. Am I?
A: Let’s find out! If you think you already have an account, sign in with the email address and password you think you used and we’ll let you know right then and there if we have your email in our system. If you don’t remember your password we can send you a link to reset it.
Q: How do I unsubscribe from partner emails?
A: Every partner must provide either an unsubscribe link or directions on how to unsubscribe. Follow the instructions to be removed from that email list.
