Recyclebank Named Among 2016 Top 30 Waste Influencers by Be Waste Wise

(NEW YORK) April 20, 2016 - Recyclebank, the education and incentives behavior change platform focused on waste, has been named a Waste Influencer in the 2016 be Waste Wise 30 Influencers – Organizations list published by be Waste Wise, a non-profit organization committed to enhance the dialogue and collaboration on waste solutions. Recyclebank earned this recognition for effectively sharing stories about the company's work and solutions in waste management and for helping cities, partners and brands reach their waste and recycling goals.

According to be Waste Wise, communication is a key aspect in waste management and the organization's aim behind recognizing Waste Influencers is to encourage communications and enhance opportunities for collaboration. When selecting the top 30 influencers, be Waste Wise used four key metrics – content quality, content quantity and social media popularity.
