Andrew L. Shapiro, Founder and President of GreenOrder, has been an influential voice on environmental innovation in business for a decade. He has built a career, and a pioneering consulting firm, GreenOrder, around the idea that sustainability can be a critical driver of competitive advantage.

He helped GE create and implement its award-winning “ecomagination” initiative, and has worked with senior leadership at some of the world’s largest enterprises on their environmental strategy. Mr Shapiro has written two books, appeared on NPR, CNN, and The Today Show, and has been profiled in a New York Times feature, "A Dollars-and-Cents Man with a Green Philosophy", Inc.’s Green 50, and Outside’s "Enviro All-Stars”.
